Unlike many shops, at Taylor Co. we have one technician work on your car from start to finish. We have a five-step service process: Initial test drive, courtesy check, diagnosis, repair (or service) and final test drive. Each technician is trained in all aspects of BMW and MINI service and repair and is responsible for the complete process.

At the end of the final test drive, your technician signs the quality promise and survey card you'll find hanging in your car when you come to pick it up. We pride ourselves on a perfect delivery! A clean car, repaired or serviced correctly is standard at Taylor Co.
